Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Imaging Admin team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing bookings for over 13,000 patients per month, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient coordination of imaging services.
This is being offered as an 18 month fixed term contact.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of the administrative staff and processes within Medical Imaging. This dynamic position requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced environment. The role will report to the Operations Manager.
Duties:
1. Oversight and management of departmental rotas, requiring excellent communication and organization skills and previous experience of managing complex rotas.
2. Flexibility in collaborating with other admin teams who escalate delays in patient scheduling.
3. Support with the development, implementation, and following of administrative processes.
You must have the ability to communicate with people calmly, sensitively, and effectively both on the telephone and in person, and across all roles. If you're passionate about healthcare administration and making a positive impact on patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9 to 5, 37.5 hours per week
