Your role as a Quantitative Research Manager will see you take the reins of research projects from brief to delivery. You’ll:
👉 Design impactful surveys that flow seamlessly and deliver meaningful insights.
👉 Analyse data, identifying trends and crafting compelling stories.
👉 Create visually engaging reports that resonate with clients.
👉 Collaborate with clients from diverse industries, becoming their trusted advisor.
👉 Mentor junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and fostering a supportive team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years’ experience in an insight agency with a strong quantitative focus.
* Hands-on skills with data-processing tools like Q or SPSS.
* Exceptional project management skills and a love of tackling challenges head-on.
