Your role will include: Providing essential administrative and secretarial support to the Employee Experience Team, including the management of complex reports and presentations. Enhancing communication within the team and with external parties to promote our equality and diversity objectives. Playing a key role in the administration and coordination of the Equality Advocates Network and related activities. Contributing to service development through audits, culture change initiatives, and supporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead in various capacities. Experience in supervising staff, coupled with strong IT and administrative skills, will be crucial for this role.
