We return back from the Christmas break with an exciting opportunity in the form of a Repairs Manager for a Bristol based organisation. You will be overseeing a team of Electricians, Multi Trades, Painters and Cleaners as well as 2 Administrators. Response repair experience will be useful and the ability to juggle high-volume, low value orders and also familiarity with using the NHF schedules.
Included in the package will be a fuel card, company phone, support with qualifications and progression opportunities within the company.
The salary for this role is £46,000 (Inc. £4,000 car allowance)
Responsibilities of the Repairs Manager role:
* Complete management of the contract from processing the surveys that come in
* Oversee your teams so that all targets are met and as importantly, the quality of service is met at all times
* Ensuring that health and safety is met at all times
* Making sure a rigorous schedule of site visits/toolbox talks etc in place to satisfy our internal requirements
* Highlighting any issues for that week and any measures we need to put in place to rectify them
* Meeting with CB to oversee schedules and also resource
Skills needed for the Repairs Manager role:
1. Ability to communicate at all levels from cleaning operatives /administration to managers
