We have a fantastic opportunity for a new role as RegionalAccount Manager to work in our dynamic Sales team at The Belfry, England’sleading Hotel and Resort, who recently won the miaList Best Sales and MarketingTeam, a testament to their excellent customer relationships and results-drivenwork ethic. We havean exciting year ahead at The Belfry, with hosting The British Masters in August2024, and continuing with the extensive investment to the Resort.
The Belfryhas 320 bedrooms, 22 function rooms. 2 Rosette standard dining, five food andbeverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms& pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf.
About theRole
As an AccountManager, you will play a vital role in representing all areas of our renownedresort and be part of the launch of exciting expansion. You will primarily manage the localcorporate and agency accounts, along with local business partners. This resortbased role comes with a competitivesalary, as well as car allowance and annual bonus scheme.
Keyresponsibilities include:
· Manage an existing local accountportfolio of both corporate and agents
· Actively prospect for new businessopportunities within the defined customer segment, aligned with The Belfry's businessplan
· Drive revenue growth, and win additionalevents from all segments at The Belfry,. Supporting the conversion of sales leads through effective communication,conduct site visits, and provide exceptional customer service.
· Actively promote The Belfry throughparticipation at industry exhibitions, client events, local networkingopportunities, and familiarisation visits.
· Identifying and seizing opportunities forprofit, client value creation, and innovative solutions.
· Provide support and collaborate with theon-site Events Team.
About you

The idealcandidate for this role will have a proven track record in hotel sales &account management with a minimum of 2 years sales experience within the hotelindustry. Be able to demonstrate successin developing and maintaining client relationships. Working within a largesales team, you will be a collaborative and supportive team player, with theability to bring positivity and energy to help continue the team’s success.
Inaddition, you will have:
· Familiarity with industry exhibitions,networking events, and client engagement.
· Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range ofstakeholders.
· The ability to conduct effective resortvisits, understanding and addressing client requirements.
· Experience in utilising relevant softwareand systems such as Sales Force and Delphi and Opera.
· The ability to represent the company atindustry associations and events.
· A passion for achieving targets andexceeding expectations.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluateperformance, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies.
· The ability to manage a portfolio ofaccounts, drive revenue growth, and maximise profitability.
· Knowledge of venues within the UK withwhom the Resort competes.
