We place teaching staff in both day-to-day and long-term placements across a wide range of schools in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 Teacher for a part-time, short-term role, working 3 days per week from Easter until the end of the Summer Term in Wivelsfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (NQT/ECT) to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying a flexible work schedule. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students are supported in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. • Adapt to the school setting and follow policies and practices to ensure a smooth learning experience for the children. • Support the development of young learners, ensuring equal opportunities for all students in your care. ✅ Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Strong classroom management skills with a focus on young children. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • ️ Current DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply).
