What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and motivating your team to smash KPI & SLA targets.
Handling escalations, resolving issues, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Providing top-notch customer service via email, CRM, and phone.
Managing internal projects – from new stock implementation to warehouse audits.
Collaborating across departments to bring efficiency and value to our customers.
Upholding our core values of respect, teamwork, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years leading supply chain/customer support teams.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Tech-Savvy: Confident with Outlook, MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and CRM systems.
Communication: Professional English (written & spoken). Italian/Spanish is a bonus!
Flexibility: Willing to travel across Europe when needed.
