The Role
We are looking for a Junior Therapist to support our clinical and research teams across psychological therapy and psychedelic-assisted treatment trials. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about mental health and eager to develop their skills in a clinical research setting. You will receive training, supervision, and hands-on experience to help deliver high-quality therapies in line with study protocols.
What will the Role entail?
* Assist in delivering therapy and psychological support according to study protocols, with training and supervision provided.
* Maintain accurate and secure records, ensuring compliance with clinical trial regulations and data protection standards.
* Support study processes, including data entry, documentation, and contributing to qualitative research.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and research staff, to ensure comprehensive participant care.
* Participate in site and study-specific training, clinical supervision, and personal development to build expertise.
* Engage in risk assessments and assist with audit and quality assurance processes to uphold trial standards.
What will you need to succeed?
* A core professional healthcare qualification (e.g., psychologist, counsellor, therapist, nurse, or medical doctor).
* Registration with a professional healthcare regulatory body.
* A passion for mental health and a willingness to learn.
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
* Ability to work as part of a team, follow standard operating procedures, and manage competing priorities.
Interview Process
There will be an initial screening call with the recruiter, a group skills-based interview, an individual skills-based interview, and a final interview.
