The role offers an excellent stepping position to a leadership role in the future for a high performing candidate. You will: - Gain broad exposure both geographically and sectorally at the senior most levels of the firm - Have a high degree of autonomy and ability to show initiative in the following areas: - Utilization of advanced technological tools to extract and analyze data, creating meaningful Management Information (MI) that improves decision making - Supporting and taking the lead in many operational downstream issues of new strategies and problem areas - Ensuring & monitoring budgets and forecasts agreed by the Executive Committee, flagging risks where necessary - Preparing reports to senior management, Boards and key clients providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Potentially also present them - Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify investment opportunities - Serving as a liaison between the investment team and IT, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals - Facilitating the implementation of new systems and tools to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities for the Fixed Income business - Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that could impact the fixed income market - Carry out additional duties as assigned.
