Working hours: 35 hours per week Interview Date: Week commencing 17th March 2025 Additional Salary information :10% night works allowance This opportunity is for a motivated, passionate and dynamic individual to guide and support our residents in their journey through their Homelessness Pathway in our Lifehouse, Ryde on the Isle of Wight. The role is within The Salvation Army, Isle of Wight Homelessness Service which provides personalised intervention programmes for 49 people, supporting them on their individual journeys from the street to home through the Stages of the Homelessness Pathway on the Island. Key Responsibilities: Our Night Concierge role is rewarding, inspirational and is pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered, in which client choice and control is clear. Night staff carry out administration duties, data entry, building and Health & Safety checks, cleaning duties, room turnarounds and monitor the welfare and wellbeing of the residents over the course of the evening and night. You are often the first point of contact for everyone coming into our Lifehouse and can create and influence a positive environment. You will work on an 8-week rolling rota of four nights on/four nights off.
