The Internship recruiting team connects aspiring talents with mentored roles that fuel their technical and personal growth.


The Role

With CUSP’s UX team, you will be assisting in various research tasks aimed at improving the user experience of a conceptual website for a platform that is new to the market. Your contributions will directly impact the development and enhancement of the platform!


Responsibilities

* Conduct user research through primary and secondary methods such as interviewing and usability testing.
* Study competitors, analyse data and synthesise findings.
* Propose accessibility guidelines for inclusive design.
* Take part in continuous learning and fortify your skills as a UX unicorn.

What we’re looking for

* You’re based in London, Bristol, Manchester or Birmingham.
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills to document research processes, and findings, and present insights effectively.
* You possess the ability to analyse research findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations for UX improvements.
* You show initiative and are eager to learn, with a proactive attitude.
* You display effective prioritisation and can adapt to changing priorities.
* You indicate an aptitude to translate challenges into actionable steps.
* You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field.
* You possess a basic understanding of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, personas, surveys, usability testing and data analysis.
