As a UX Designer—whether you’re just starting out or are a seasoned professional—you'll be part of an agile product team that’s passionate about creating the next generation of innovative products that shape the future of work.
Our flagship People First product is a testament to our commitment to Human-centred Design. Over the past 5 years, it has evolved significantly, continuously setting new benchmarks in UX by focusing on deep user understanding and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful designs that meet the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate: Work closely with our technology and delivery teams to overcome UX challenges and deliver high-quality products.
* Lead and Mentor: As a Senior Designer, you'll lead UX initiatives and mentor Junior Designers, helping them grow and excel.
* Innovate: Design user experiences that are simple, elegant, and effective. Your work will range from initial research to the delivery of detailed and accessible interface designs.
* Engage : Interface with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that our designs meet both customer and business needs.
* Prototype: Use a variety of tools to create prototypes that bring our ideas to life.
Key Soft Skills:
* Passion for Design: You’re driven by a love for UI/UX and have a strong desire to innovate.
* Research Savvy: You know how to conduct design research, from planning to synthesis, ensuring that your designs are grounded in real user needs.
* Experience: Whether you’re familiar with iOS, Android, or both, you understand the importance of design guidelines and inclusive design principles.
* Team Player : You work well with others, value feedback, and know when to delegate or ask for help.
* Mentorship: Have a proven track record of mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
