We are looking for experienced and passionate Head Bartenders to join our sites across London, someone who will embody our values, our people and what we have to offer. Who we are looking for?
1. Someone who is full time and flexible. No specific days off.
2. Cellar Management.
3. Highly competent in Stock takes.
4. Ability to train and develop your team to reach their full potential.
5. A positive attitude, looking to enjoy their work and enjoy the products we offer and the team they work with.
6. At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
7. Ambition, we will train, listen and support any team member at Cubitt House. What we need from you is a desire to grow with us.
8. Last but not least, a desire to deliver the best experience for all our guests within the group.
9. You will need to have or be getting a NI number and proof of your eligibility to work within the UK.
