Making your impact:
* Carry out first line response to faults, blockages and issues on or around automated material handling equipment.
* Carry out tasks under limited supervision within approved guidelines and follow Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
* Receive and complete work orders within planned or reactive work assignments.
* Resolve faults, blockages, and issues within agreed timescales to ensure service delivery.
* Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
Contributing to the team:
* Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical machinery is desirable.
* Experience of working in a warehouse or automated environment.
* Fair/Good IT skills.
* Good communication, numeracy and written skills, and a strong customer focus.
* Strong Health & Safety mindset.
* Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts & weekends.
* Ability to work with and complement/contribute to a high performing team.
* Input ideas into the team to help make site and team improvements.
