Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Edinburghs premier Restaurant and Bar dining experiences at this historic high-street venue. Our client is looking for a new role of Restaurant Manager for this stunning situated venue, to drive, nurture and support the Two Rosette F&B operations, team across this popular award-winning site.
The role:
The Restaurant Manager will lead operations across the luxury bar, private dining, and beautiful restaurant areas. Supporting a dedicated team across the venue, the role is to ensure that the quality delivery of guest food and drink experiences are consistently maintained and delivered at all times.
You will be comfortable in being customer facing and assist in leading the F&B operations by example. Possessing an eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars, and being alive to maximising commercial opportunities. You will manage the staff across all fronts of house areas as required, while working in harmony with the Kitchen team. Sound understanding of stock controls, cellar management, health & safety, training of teams, development of service standards, order of service SOPs, and possessing good understanding of quality wines & spirits, are pre-requisites desired qualities for this growing reputable business.
The person:
Our client at Global Talent 2020, is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager leader, with a focused, well organised managerial style. Possessing a positive personality, driven to achieve high service standards and results. This is a multi-tasking role, in an amazing environment. You need to be someone used to keeping their fingers on the pulse of an operation at all times.
The client requires the candidate to possess right first time engagement with customers, and colleagues alike. This role would also suit a current well experienced Assistant Manager/ or Matre D applicant, looking to step up into a more focused multi operations F&B Managerial leadership role.
