The SACT Senior Clinical Educator will act as a specialist in Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) education and practice development within Oncology/Haematology at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The expectation of the post holder is to support the inpatient Oncology/Haematology Wards and the Day Treatment Unit in the training and maintenance of SACT skills to ensure the delivery of patient-focused, evidenced-based care. The post holder will: Act as an exemplary role model for best clinical practice and Trust values Work to an agreed job plan to maximise education delivery to support staff and patient safety/experience. Supervise and manage clinical educators to promote effective working across the education team. Use expert knowledge to actively promote and contribute to a positive inter-professional learning environment Deliver education programmes at a divisional level and where required cross divisionally in support of organisational priorities.
