We are seeking a Healthcare Access Coordinator to enhance patient access to efficient healthcare services. The successful candidate will have an Independent Prescribing qualification and registration with GPhC or HCPC.

About the Position
This role involves independently assessing and prescribing treatments for patients, as well as working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support chronic disease management and urgent care needs.

Requirements
