Working closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams, you will ensure that product development aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends. Responsibilities • Product Roadmap & Strategy – Contribute to a detailed product roadmap, balancing market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.• Feature Development & Prioritisation – Define and refine product features, write user stories, and maintain a prioritised backlog.• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.• Agile Development Process – Participate in Agile ceremonies, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed of product updates.• Customer Advocacy – Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for improvements that enhance user experience and product adoption.• Market & Competitive Analysis – Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive. Experience • Experience: 3 years as a Product Manager (or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment.• Technical & Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.• Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused requirements.• Analytical Thinking: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using tools like Power BI.• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
