As part of a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy professionals, you will play a key role in pioneering assessment and intervention plans for pupils. What You Will Do: Design and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans tailored to the needs of young people. Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. Contribute to clinical governance structures and ensure high professional standards. Provide specialist clinical advice and training to staff, families, and external partners. Supervise and mentor Assistant Psychologists, supporting professional development. HCPC and BPS registration. Proven experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists and working with intellectual disabilities. Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage conflict effectively. Extensive post-qualification experience with both adults and children.
