The group employs over 1,100 people with 16 sales and customer services sites across the UK and Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland, plus Europa’s own teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China, India, the UAE and South Africa.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Operator to join our Cambridge branch!
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, managing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring service levels are met and helping us achieve financial targets. With the support of the Customer Service Manager you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
