The Assets Manager from a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services background, will manage performance and customer relations for the Associations responsive maintenance service and assist the Director of Assets in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service to the tenants.

Salary: £44,711 (SP35) to £54,971 (SP45) per annum
Criteria To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
* Third level qualification (HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree) or above in a mechanical, electrical or Building Services discipline AND A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level, to include at least 2 years experience in minor works: value for money/bench marking of costs, mobilisation of works and programme management.
* Relevant experience that must include: MTC Contract management mechanical, electrical & building fabric services Performance monitoring in a client facing role (SLAs & KPI adherence) Responsibility for customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Experience of constructing business cases, board reports and presentations.
* Experience of supervising staff which should include directing/delegating work and dealing with problems including identification and resolution.
* IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office to include excel, working with databases, spreadsheets, setting budgets.
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.)
