We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Using the till, taking orders, and receiving payments.
5. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
6. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
7. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
8. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
Our ideal Retail Supervisor will:
1. Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
2. Possess good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
3. Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
4. Have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
