Hours: 35 hours per week
Please note: This role has office working hours and holiday structure. It is not a term time position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Recruitment Team to support the department to continue to recruit the best talent across the business as we continue to grow and empower children through music. This role focuses on engaging and nurturing prospective and active candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience to enhance Rocksteady's employer brand, and ensuring our candidate data remains current and correct.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review applications and conduct pre-screening calls for all roles across the business.
2. Schedule interviews for Recruiters & Hiring Managers.
3. Provide candidate updates and check-ins throughout the process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
4. Conduct Talent Pool outreach to engage with prospective candidates about working with Rocksteady.
5. Maintain the database on ATS to ensure candidate data is current and correct.
6. Headhunt for all roles across the business using various platforms to promote Rocksteady job opportunities.
7. Work closely with marketing to deliver weekly communications to prospective candidates who have subscribed via email.
8. Promote Rocksteady’s employer brand through active participation in job fairs, recruitment, and other networking events.
9. Perform any other tasks appropriate to the role as required.

1. Excellent organisation and administrative skills.

3. Able to communicate passionately and confidently with candidates and colleagues.
4. Great time management skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
