Client Details This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport and logistics services. Description Key Responsibilities: Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration Scheduling deliveries and managing transport bookings Liaising with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Maintaining accurate records and updating transport management systems Preparing and processing transport documents, invoices, and reports Assisting with compliance and ensuring all legal requirements are met Profile Transport Administrator - Key Requirements: Previous experience in a transport/logistics or similar administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Offer Transport Administrator - What We Offer: Competitive salary of £16,666 per annum - Equivalent to £25,000 full-time salary Flexible working hours (25 hours per week) Based Onsite in Billingham Opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly team Career progression opportunities within the logistics sector
