About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Benefits Broker to join our Expansion Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating and securing the best benefits plans on behalf of our customers, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, and building a network of local brokers to optimize service delivery in various regions. As a key player in our organization, you will drive the expansion and customization of employee benefits offerings, ensuring our clients have access to top-tier health, dental, vision, life insurance, pension plans, meal vouchers, mental health services, fertility benefits, and flexible retribution options across multiple countries. Key responsibilities Negotiate and Manage Benefits Plans Partner with third-party providers and insurers to renew existing benefits and secure new agreements on behalf of our clients. Enable clients to compare and select from multiple providers, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage. Build and Expand a Network of Local Brokers Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brokers to ensure regional expertise and compliance. Collaborate with local brokers to tailor benefits to country-specific regulations and employee needs. Customize and Launch Benefits Packages Globally Design and implement custom benefits plans that align with client needs and budget. Oversee the launch of benefits programs across multiple countries, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation. Adapt benefits offerings to meet regional expectations and regulatory requirements. Ensure Compliance and Market Adaptation Stay updated on country-specific compliance regulations related to employee benefits. Ensure all negotiated plans adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits negotiations and selection. Provide guidance to clients, helping them navigate international benefits landscapes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Benefits Broker, Insurance Broker, or Benefits Consultant with a focus on international markets. Licensed broker in Germany Strong negotiation skills with experience in dealing with insurance providers, third-party benefits companies, and local brokers. Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks. Ability to build and maintain a network of trusted local brokers across multiple countries.
