We are looking for a dynamic Activities Co-ordinator with a passion for delivering excellent care. You’ll be working 40 hours per week across the 7 day period, including weekends / the occasional Bank Holiday, as rostered. Your day-to-day… Develop, plan, implement & oversee activities, outings & events for the people in our care Prepare an activity timetable across the 7 day period. Organise and run activity groups for the people in our care Provide fun & constructive leisure time, as well as appropriate physical & emotional support Ensure the provision of staff, space & materials for all activities Encourage and motivate colleagues to support the activity programme Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events Why Cygnet?
