GWR Waste Management is looking for a Customer and Operations Administrator to join our growing team in Keynsham, Bristol.
* Location: Keynsham, Bristol
* Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year + medical cover, birthday off, and 28 days of leave (including bank holidays)

Your Role
As a Customer and Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations and customer support. Your role will include:
Administration:
* Assisting with credit control and debt collection processes.
* Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* Supporting onboarding processes for new clients.
* General accounts administration and data management.
* Handling customer accounts and ensuring all records are well-organized and up to date.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy across systems and processes.
* Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for queries, both over the phone and via email, with a professional and friendly manner. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A proven background in administration and customer service (experience in waste management is a bonus but not essential).
* Experience with credit control and operational processes.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
* A confident and professional telephone manner.
* Proficiency in handling customer accounts and administrative systems.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
