Purpose
An opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on the iconic Richmond brand (£192m RSV), where you’ll lead the dynamic Meat Free portfolio.
Richmond has been on a transformational journey over the past 5 years, diversifying into new categories, evolving its positioning, and strengthening its brand equity. In fact, it has grown +43% and recruited 500,000 new consumers during this time!
However, the future is even more exciting, as Richmond forms a key part of the Pilgrim’s Europe growth strategy, and this is where you come in.
We’re looking for someone to take end-to-end responsibility for this part of the portfolio, which will involve developing and executing the strategy, working across all parts of the Marketing Mix, and owning internal and external performance. As a result, we’re looking for a commercially minded Marketer with a passion for understanding the consumer, managing projects, and working cross-functionally to make things happen at pace.
Key Accountabilities
Create Compelling Consumer Change Plans
Define the annual strategy for Richmond Meat Free, rooting it in insight and utilising all aspects of the Marketing Mix
Execute Excellent Activation
Translate the annual strategy into a compelling Comms campaigns, collaborating with agency partners and the broader commercial team to ensure it lands impactfully
Develop Bigger, Bolder Innovation
Contribute to the development of the Innovation & Renovation pipeline, and then work cross-functionally to turn this into reality, ensuring it delivers to expectation
Manage our Brand Portfolio Profitably
Lead the Richmond Meat Free portfolio, owning the P&L delivery and in-market performance, and utilising all of the 4Ps to maximise results
