Key tasks will typically include (but not limited to):
1. Supporting Senior Surveying staff members
2. Preparation of specifications, employers Requirements
3. Preparation of tender documentation
4. Assisting with Contract Administration
5. Undertaking end of defects inspections
6. All other duties as reasonably expected in connection with Project Management and Employers Agent.
Key Skills:
1. Good construction knowledge
2. Working experience of administering JCT building contracts
3. Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Project
4. Working knowledge of Workbench (training to be provided)
