Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide administration and project support to the Generics Business Unit Portfolio, Strategy & Innovation function in the completion of marketing, launch and project activities to deliver go to market plans (G2M) and objectives.
Your responsibilities:
1. Work under the leadership of the Commercial Launch Manager and the wider Portfolio team to support the co-ordination of G2M plan execution.
2. Input into / creation of assets that support launches / external communication to key stakeholder groups. Where applicable, coordination of all activities associated with external agencies.
3. Lead the organisation of virtual and/or traditional congresses and events.
4. Financial reconciliation and tracking spend, including raising of purchase orders and collaborating with finance and suppliers over uplifts and issues.
5. Generation of monthly launch performance tracking materials, launch notifications and project action tracking.
6. Uploading and management of allocated materials into the Veeva system.
7. Co-ordinate the associated activities required to prepare agendas, capture/distribute minutes and follow up on actions from launch and/or brand meetings.

Minimum requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or Project Management
* Must have a clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a commercial environment
* Fluency in English - verbal and written – is required
* A strong IT skillset including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Hybrid working supported with 2 days a week in the office
