Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant's with SEND experience to work in schools across Southampton. As an LSA, you will provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEND in both one-to-one and small group settings. Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored learning plans. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and report on student progress. Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
