This is a fully Office hours Mon - Friday 9-5.30 no hybrid Duties include: Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable. Processing invoices and following up with customers, suppliers and management when appropriate. Responsible for reconciliations in both sales and purchase ledger in various currencies including GBP, USD, EUR, ensuring monthly payment/ receipts are arranged or received and contra’s proposed where necessary. Reconciling USD, GBP and EUR monthly bank statements to ledgers. Frequently using the accounts package Sage and Microsoft Excel Credit control Ordering supplies for offices
