About The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive maintenance on a mobile or resident basis.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Completing required work proactively and efficiently.
* Working in accordance with health, safety, compliance, and environmental requirements.
* Ensuring KPIs are met by following the site plan.
* Promoting high standards through personal conduct.
* Liaising with other departments, suppliers, and service providers.
* Recording and documenting all work carried out, raising quotes as needed.
* Protecting the company's reputation by portraying it positively and carrying out other duties to fulfill legal and moral obligations.
* Communicating with clients and helpdesk.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining equipment, tools, parts, and assets appropriately.
What We Are Looking For
* Good basic written and numerical skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office.
* Exceptional customer interaction skills, quick thinking, and confident communication.
* The ability to pass security clearance due to site requirements.
* Proficiency in general plumbing duties.
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Diligent, trustworthy, and a team player.
* A full UK driving license, as travel across different sites is required.
