Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Furniture & Moves Project Manager to oversee and deliver move management projects for multiple contracts.
This role requires expertise in estimating, quoting, and managing move projects while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. A background in specifying, delivering, and installing office furniture would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Estimate, quote, and prepare sales proposals for move projects
2. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with Facilities and Office Managers
3. Plan and oversee move management and furniture installation projects
4. Work closely with move teams and external move managers to ensure efficient project execution
5. Coordinate with furniture suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation
6. Develop project scopes, work programs, and activity schedules in collaboration with clients
7. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
8. Ensure all project deliverables are met in line with agreed timelines and budgets
9. Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required
10. Monitor and report on project progress, financials, and performance metrics
11. Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety best practices
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in move estimation, quoting, and project management
2. Strong sales and account management skills
3. Ability to specify and estimate office furniture requirements
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
