Leeds – Hybrid working – 3 days in the office

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a new HR Officer role into the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to be joining a solid business, as they look to expand the HR team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage low level ER cases from start to finish.
* Build strong relationships internally, providing support to line managers on a wide range of HR issues.
* Advise and guide managers on policies and procedures.
* Develop recruitment strategies, working closely with the HR and Recruitment team.
* Ensure employee records are maintained.
We Are Looking For:
* Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
* Good experience gained managing low level ER cases from start to finish.
* Excellent communicator both written and verbally.
* The ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
* Able to work at a fast pace and able to prioritise workloads.
