We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Assistant to join our team on Ward 2 at Blyth community Hospital. Ward 2 is a 26 bedded care of the elderly ward/orthogeriatric ward, which delivers care to our in-patients. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in caring for the older person.
* To work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist in the delivery of both direct and non-direct patient care.
* To provide and promote high quality care under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
* Complete clinical tasks such as the taking and recording of observations.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in meeting the holistic needs of the patient.
