What you'll do:
As a Client Specialist, your role will be pivotal in managing daily Derivatives Clearing business operations and mitigating risks associated with margins, expiries and market events. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include handling various administrative duties and managing risk for various derivatives trade lifecycle events. You will have the opportunity to define ways to enhance client experience by optimising process flows.
1. Operational contact for daily Derivatives Clearing business, navigating the organisation for clients
2. Risk management of margins, expiries and market events
3. Partnering with internal stakeholder groups to identify inefficiencies and implement enhanced processes
4. Handling various administrative duties
5. Responsible for risk management of various derivatives trade lifecycle events e.g. margins, expiries and trade events
6. Define opportunities to enhance the client experience by optimising various process flows
7. Perform various administrative duties in accordance with the role
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Client Specialist role brings along proven client service experience coupled with previous exposure in financial services operations. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage issues, prioritise tasks and escalate matters when necessary. A commitment towards control and risk management is essential for this role. Your strategic thinking abilities will be utilised in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements. A proactive attitude is required as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment across international locations. Strong organisational skills are key along with technical knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives and OTC Clearing.
