Job Description: Systems Analyst

Location: Potters Bar based Full time, 45k pa.
The Role:
This position is for a Systems Analyst to be part of a growing agile Information Systems team. Your role will include analysing, maintaining, improving and deploying applications, process change programmes and project management. You will manage an evolving portfolio of small to medium scale digital systems, business process and application change projects.
As a Systems Analyst you will combine a good technical systems appreciation with solid commercial experience of delivering systems, application and process change programmes.
You will provide regular updates to senior management on issues, resolutions, risks, budget and project progress.
Manage system data fixes, scoping, and reporting, ensuring all projects stay on track.
Design comprehensive testing plans, addressing all potential scenarios and system changes.
Conduct or coordinate thorough testing with the wider business using comprehensive test plans, addressing all potential scenarios, including implementation post-major updates.
You will be key to the planning and scheduling of training sessions to end users with best practice on how to use the systems effectively and efficiently as well as any follow up sessions post initial training.
Empower all users to operate confidently within the system environment.
Apply your experience in systems to drive improvements, resolve challenges and identify opportunities to remove unnecessary processes.
Develop and refine tools, systems, and processes to enhance overall user efficiency.
Collaborate with the various operations and central services teams to scope out and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Engage with various business departments to understand and fulfil their system and reporting needs.
Organise, gather requirements and coordinate ordering and delivery of hardware to site.

Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in an agile environment
Experienced in determining requirements
Able to assess and design best practice processes
Expertise in systems project and change management
Proven in planning and delivery of data-driven solutions
Good to have Prince II certification / understanding
Proficiency in Office 365
Good to have experience with Monday.com and Visio
Good to have knowledge of MS Office products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
