In our Supported Housing Officer role, you’ll be helping our customers and providing an excellent tenancy, property and estate management service across the West Midlands (Birmingham, Walsall, etc). Working closely with teams across Amplius and external partners, our goal is to ensure that customer promises are delivered and met within agreed timescales. ??Location: Hybrid, with travel across our West region (The Midlands)??Salary: Up to £37,785.59 per year ??Contract: Permanent ?Your week: 36.25 hours per week ?Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as our Supported Housing Officer: Helping our customers to resolve tenancy, property and estate management issues such as anti-social behaviour, protection from abuse, etc. Completing wellbeing referral checks via home visits across the West Midlands. Working with external teams such as local authorities, care service providers to ensure our customers are supported. Ensuring that our properties meet the standards that our customers expect and deserve. ??Your toolkit for success To thrive in our Supported Housing Officer role, you’ll need: Previous experience of dealing with a range of issues, such as ASB, abuse, mental health, etc. To be experienced in multi-agency working to deliver successful outcomes. Strong knowledge of Housing Law, regulatory standards and be able to apply them practically. A calm and professional demeanour to support our customers in times of need. Why join Amplius?
