Hilton is seeking a Media Analytics Manager, who will support with Hilton's paid media strategy from an Analytics perspective. Specifically, this person will help to determine the optimal level of investment in our digital marketing channels. The role will be responsible for leading the analysis to measure the impact of the program, including reporting, MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) inputs and alignment to commercial insights.
What will I be doing?
As the Media Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Through data, support the strategy, planning and measurement of Hilton hotel funded media investment program across all markets
Develop and implement data-driven marketing analytics strategies to support measurement and insights for Hilton's marketing organisation, with a specific focus on lower-funnel media, performance marketing, destination marketing and search engine optimisation, including impact on commercial performance Support with Media Mix Model, media effectiveness and incrementality insights and application to inform budget management & investment Work closely with media team to optimize media planning and media strategies based on incrementality insights
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Professional in role experience Analytics experience Experience with lower funnel marketing analytics and digital marketing analytics tools (ideally Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics) Deep understanding of media effectiveness and how different solutions work together with a focus on Attribution and Incrementality Some knowledge of SQL and BI tools (PowerBI, Microstrategy etc.) would be a plus
