About the Warranty Administrator Job:
1. Managing and maintaining spreadsheets whilst running reports
2. Communicating with clients
3. Data entry and dealing with incoming/outgoing calls
4. Producing claims and following up warranty queries
About the right candidate for the role:
1. Experience within Warranty
2. Holds Full Driving Licence - Clean
3. Proficient in Microsoft 365
4. Excellent customer service skills
