Temporary to Permanent (To start ASAP) Salary: £25,000 per annum Location: Remote (with travel to Welwyn Garden City office as required, 1-2 times a month) Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, 8:30 AM or 9:00 AM start) Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment and an ability for managing high-volume, compliance-driven workloads? We’re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our clients team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. What You’ll Do: Shortlist candidates: Review job board applications and shortlist suitable candidates. Screening calls: Conduct scripted calls to assess candidates against set criteria. Scheduling interviews: Provide candidates with self-scheduling links for interviews. Outbound calls: Confidently make outbound calls to engage with potential candidates. What We’re Looking For: Experience managing high-compliance, high-volume recruitment tasks. Confident communicator with a professional phone manner. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Happy working independently in a fully remote setup. Flexibility to travel to Welwyn Garden City office once or twice a month.
