Responsibilities
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:-
1. Taking inbound customer calls
2. Assessing customer needs
3. Transferring the call to the correct internal team for assistance & resolution
4. Responding and dealing with customer emails
5. Reporting any complaints / problems to management team
6. Working to SLA’s and call handling targets.
7. You will also provide reception cover from time to time, meeting and greeting visitors, issuing visitors badges.
8. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
9. Providing administrative support
10. Booking meeting rooms
11. Updating company database & company documentation.
Skills required
To be considered for our Customer Service Advisor vacancy it is essential that you have:-
12. Excellent clear and concise communication skills.
13. Friendly & professional telephone manner.
14. You will ideally be experienced working within a similar telephone based customer service position or will have worked within a position where you are communicating on a daily basis face to face with customers.
