Our client, a privately owned and self-funded business, is recruiting an Senior HR Advisor to support their ambitious growth. They are a group of companies including two Foreign Exchange Brokerages, a Fintech hub, a Property Media Company, and a Luxury Property Brand. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage HR operations and ensure our processes run smoothly.
The main purpose of a Senior HR Advisor role is:
HR System Management:
Update and maintain employee records on the HRMS (People HR).
Ensure accurate records of contractual changes, holiday, and sick leave.
HR Communication:
Monitor and respond to queries in the HR Mailbox.
Take ownership of the HR Newsletter.
HR Audits & Administration:
Conduct regular HR data audits.
Refine HR administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Manage absence records and conduct Return to Work interviews.
Payroll, Benefits & Invoicing:
Run payroll for our UK and Spain offices.
Manage paperwork for family leave, flexible working, and employee benefits.
Process pension reports, company incentives, and HR invoices.
Leavers Process:
Administer the leavers process, ensuring accurate documentation and conducting exit interviews.
Systems & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date employee records in CRM.
Conduct annual DBS checks and manage the P11D process.
Onboarding & Employee Welfare:
Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and handle the onboarding process.
Organize induction activities and social events for new starters.
Promote employee benefits and the Employee Assistance Programme.
Conduct welfare conversations and train Line Managers on employee welfare.
Performance Management:
Attend performance and disciplinary meetings, taking notes and supporting the process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll and benefits management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
