We are currently looking for dynamic individual to join our Change & Transformation Practice as a Business Analysts; delivering key projects across as part of our Front Office change team. As a lead Business Analyst within the project team this role involves working on the rates products electronic trading platform. This platform underpins the electronic rates activity including pricing, hedging and execution. The role: Working directly on the trading floor writing actionable specs for strategic project initiatives, and ensuring all technical teams have understood what needs to be done Assisting and coordinating application development and implementation among development teams; Writing test plans and organising UAT phases; Executing functional and non-regression testing of the end-to-end service, including automated and manual testing; Closely interacting with business and other quantitative research and IT teams in developing new features in the electronic trading platform and also in assisting them in the investigation of issues (eg post-event analysis, performance and scalability, latency reduction) Key Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role you will need: Strong knowledge of Rates or Credit trading businesses is mandatory. Recent and significant experience with eTrading platforms is essential. Academic Excellence: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier institution. A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in a large organisation, preferably in a FO Trading enviroment Extensive understanding of electronic trading venues, APIs, and associated dataflows, including market, static, and trade data. Significant professional experience in support, business analysis, project management, or product management A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on system architecture design. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach. Knowledge of scripting, debugging, or software development is a plus (Java/Python).
