We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our dynamic team in a busy responsive repairs service.
As a plumber, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of plumbing repair in tenanted properties.

Responsibilities:
Perform various plumbing repairs and installations in tenanted properties.
Carry out tasks such as bathroom installation and repairs, shower repairs, sink and WHB renewals and repairs and general plumbing work.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used. Adhere to project timelines and respond efficiently to urgent repair requests.
What you will need to succeed:
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber, with expertise in all aspects of plumbing repair.
Possess a valid driving license to travel to various properties.
Hold a valid CSCS Card
Hold a valid face fit certification to ensure compliance with respiratory protection standards.
Asbestos awareness trained and certified.
Working at height certification is necessary to perform tasks that involve elevated areas.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
