Part-Time HR Assistant
I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to support my client's HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR services. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a global business while maintaining work-life balance. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including administrative tasks, recruitment support, employee documentation, and HR system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR documents and maintaining employee records.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and onboarding new employees.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
* Ensure HR databases and systems are updated accurately.
* Assist with payroll and benefits administration by coordinating relevant documentation.
* Handle general HR queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
* Support HR compliance by ensuring all employee records meet legal and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in organising HR-related events, training sessions, and meetings.
Key Requirements:
* Dayforce experience is essential.
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (preferred).
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus.
