Job Description Maintenance Engineer (Dual Skill) £37,585 Shift allowance Leading aerospace manufacturing equipment, Maintained by you You will be part of a diverse multi skilled process and assemble maintenance team, working on equipment used in surface finish, heat treatment, Non Destructive Testing (NDT), paint & OE Assembly. Job Requirements Mandatory: - Time served engineering maintenance apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) - Must be able to read mechanical drawings including assembly and schematics. - Ability to work as part of a team and work independently. - Ability to demonstrate fault finding skills/abilities. - Fabrication and fitting skills (Core bench-fitting skills necessary). - Experience using a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System). - Be able to work safely and adhere to HS&E standards and policies. Preferred: - Suitable experience working with furnaces, NDT equipment or surface finish equipment - Electrical experience/qualification. - HNC in mechanical engineering. - Knowledge of lean, 5s & 6 sigma methodologies.
