Skills & Experience Required:
1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a quantity surveying role
2. Bachelor’s HNC/D (preferred)
3. Willingness and flexibility to learn new skills and working practices, as required
4. A genuine desire to develop a career in construction
5. Dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused
6. Approachable and responsive
7. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
8. An eye for detail and understanding the expected standards to be delivered
9. Competent in IT skills and software packages that are relevant to the role
Responsibilities:
1. Re-measurement
2. Recording and distributing project information
3. Assistance with Final Account preparation
4. Supply chain cost control
5. Enquiry preparation and analysis
6. Assisting with Estimating
