We are currently recruiting for an Import Operations/Customer Service position on behalf of our client, a leading freight forwarding company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in logistics and customer service to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the import operations process, including liaising with customers, hauliers, and carriers. Handle the loading of jobs and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved. Perform invoicing and other administrative tasks related to the operations. Work within the company's operating system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Requirements: Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proficiency in Destin8, CNS, Excel, and Teams is highly desirable.
